Prize Day / Award Ceremony's

I don't know if this happens in a lot of schools or if it is just mine. When we have Prize Day or Award Ceremony's basically it is just a Ceremony for the same person to get every prize because the prizes are based of a grade that u get. What ends up happening is that the same person gets everything and no one else gets anything. All the other prizes is for your attendees so if you are in everyday of the year you get a prize. So if you are really sick or someone passed away you would not get a prize cause "you where out".
