honestly 1 reblog can matter soooo much. just 2 days ago I reblogged an artwork that was posted years ago! and it had 0 notes!! I found it, I reblogged it. just now I saw the same post on my dash, it now has 100 notes. only 2 of my followers reblogged it from me but 1 or 2 people reblogged it from them and thus the chain has started. that is how 1 reblog can result in +100 notes

Tumblr staff really don’t understand the extent to which we will go JUST to stop tumblr live from being a thing. I am so petty I will NEVER stop snoozing this stupid feature. And the longer I’m stuck snoozing it the more angered I get each time I have to see it’s wretched shit pop up again every 7 fucking days.
Because I just helped someone with it:
On mobile: Go to your blog (the person icon at the bottom of the screen) -> Tap the gear icon -> account settings -> dashboard preferences -> scroll to the bottom to snooze tumblr live.
If it’s already active but you still see it, just tap it again to turn it off, and turn it back on. That’ll fix it.

Tumblr is giving us a lot of different dashes but the thing is no one wants "for you" so what I propose instead is you give me the ability to make mini-dashes with specific subsets of people I follow. Let me follow 300 people but then sort them into category. Let me have one dash for all my aesthetic stuff, another for news, another for my weird feral friends. Am I the only one who wants this? Maybe. Give it to me anyway.
This would absolutely revolutionize the way I use Tumblr. I would probably spend like 20% more time on Tumblr if I could follow a bunch of people I like but who I do not want on my "these are my friends and idols" dash.
btw I know ppl on this site go on abt mutuals but if you are someone that shows up in my notes regularly who I don't follow, I do notice and I am fond of you and if you reblog something from me I do think "YES I have pleased the follower with good taste"
