my husband and i have been kicked out of our apt. we have no where to go and we both lost our jobs. I know that there are many posts like ours, even if you cannot help. PLEASE share this. let me give you some information about us both, i am 21 years old. Dominican and colombian, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I grew up in a broken home. My father left when i was 9 and my mom was always working. since about the age of 12 ive been diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression. i was in college and my major was paramedic. I had to srop out due to not being able to make payments. I had a waitress job at a catering restaurant but they let me go. My husband is 22 and he was also born in NYC. We met in high school and He is the love of my life and i want nothing more then to make him happy and make sure that he is safe and okay. He was a sanitation worker in the city and they also let him go. We both lost our jobs and because of this we havent been able to pay anything so we got kicked out. We are both trying to find any kind of work but its just not happening. Our direct family members are unable to help us financially so we are on our own. We are currently sleeping on benches and trains with our two cats. when we do find money we get food for the cats and with whatever is left we get food for our selves. We shower and charge our phones at planet fitness but its only paid for another month and then after that we dont have anything else. i know this is alot to ask, but please anything you can will help. If you cant, even just sharing this will help. I will be contantly updating this. and thank you so very much for even reading this. It means the world to both of us. please be safe and always appreciate what you already have.
