UGH 😍 my gay little heart
I just finished reading 'Simon vs the homosapiens agenda' (I know late to the party) and idk I just love the idea of getting to know someone with that anonymity, another teen your age (shocker I know I'm not a 70 year old grandma) does anyone else feel that way?
At the same time with todays internet culture I couldn't trust it not to be a p*do
every time i watch love, simon and it gets to that part where he tells martin that he should've decided when to come out - i wanna cry
was no one gonna tell me i go to the same school as simon spier
okay for real Cal Price is my ideal man like what??? his looks, his personality, the fact that he’s a stage manager, his over all vibes, and his description are all the epitome of a chef’s kiss
every time victor says simon has supportive friends- im like UHMMMMMMMM, dude. his friends ditched him when he was threatened to be outed. SO I DON’T KNOW ABOUT SUPPORTIVE but they came around.
EDIT: AND THEN HE WAS OUTED AND THEY STILL DITCHED HIM. LIKE BRUH. AND I STILL HATE HOW THE MOVIE MADE LEAH LIKE SIMON. UGH. love victor is great though ya’ll
bruh okay but when simon went into the club and bram held his arms out and went YOURE BACK!! and hugged him that shit was so cute they really still be in love two years later i love spierfeld so much dont touch me im emotional
The fact that Abby, Leah, and Nick abandoned Simon in the movie— especially after he told them that he was BLACKMAILED into doing everything he did— just felt so WRONG. Like that’s not how they are, that’s not who they are. Abby, Leah, and Nick are supposed to be GOOD. By making them do that, the whole vibe movie is shifted— their characters change— their personalities do not correspond with what the friendship symbolizes and it shows a weak relationship between them and Simon.
I’ve forgotten that I have somewhat of a platform here! So anyways, here’s a link to an article with various places to donate to help support BLM and the abolishing of police brutality.
I’m not black, so I by no means can speak for the movement, but I can hopefully help spread awareness, and feel free to hop into my asks and I will answer to th best of my abilities :)
