Therapy

How’d therapy go?

Well.. I left the session and picked up a bunch of junk food. I’m now eating said junk food.

That’s ED, my Eating Disorder. He’s a real piece of shit and he’s been ruining pretty much my whole life. ED can’t stop eating. He would eat anything, anytime. Sometimes he eats so much that he regrets.

Binging led me to being fat.

Being fat led me to starve myself.

Starving myself led me to lose weight.

Now, whenever I binge or even when I have a normal meal, I purge.

Because I’m too afraid of being as fat as I was in the beginning, and having to start all over.

When I have one (1) binge free day

I am a master of health with the willpower of a GOD. Eating disorder who???

I’m going to eat this take away and not feel bad about it
