Dark, cold, foggy, that's what you could say about the road this poor soul was walking on, had to because of that stupid old car he had to get, knew the engine was gonna bust soon but he thought he would've made it home in time. He lived out in the mountains, no neighbors for miles upon miles, but obviously he had friends over a lot and they're way to chill to get rid of. So he took his rusty old car to get him and his friends some munchies, he was the sober one so they asked him to take them to the store that was near this old pie factory that could never be accessed, and the world they were living in was filled with beings that are descendants of fairytales and or nursery rhymes, but also....darkness that is too horrific to describe...a few days later Jack Horner, yes, THAT Jack Horner, in this modern day after being resurrected by the star after given a second chance, was taking his early morning jog when he stumbled upon an odd scene, he looked around and followed a trail further down the road, then he saw a journal on a rock, he was curious as after he picked it up he saw blood, he opened the journal and began to read it...
To whomever finds this journal, run while you still can! I am writing this because I believe no one would believe me if I survive this, but if you have found this journal, please take it as proof of what is truly living in these cursed woods, because my friends are dead and I will be soon so please, read my story that I am about to write....
As I said before I was walking on this creepy, eerie road, my friends were behind me laughing and thinking we're safe, but me being a paranoid person and a cryptid nerd, I felt like we were being watched. We walked deeper and deeper into the mountains, it was dark, my stomach started to give me a strange feeling as soon as the moonlight hit us when we entered a clearing. My damn friends, they started to frolick in the damn clearing, "Guys stop..." I said
"Come on man, lighten up!" said my friend Luis
"I'm serious..." I sternly said
They just laughed and continued to play around, I just couldn't shake the feeling that we're being watched. Then I saw it, a large lanky figure, it's skull slowly emerged from the thick darkness into the moonlight, my heart was pumping, it slowly emerged fully out from the thick shadows, I turned to it, my heart stopped. My friends were still laughing and then Luis turns to see me frozen in fear, he laughed....
"Yo, Johan, what's the matter?" Luis asked
I didn't answer
"Johan come on man...."
I lifted my hand to point at the creature slowly coming to us and he followed my finger to it, I never saw him so white with fear, the rest of them were the same....
"Wha-What is that thing?!" Luis asked
I stuttered with hesitation and fear, to speak the name of this monster...
I whispered....
"Wendigo....."
They all freaked out, the creature was closer now, then it stopped, we stopped too, like frozen statues on a battlefield to see who would shoot first, then it lunged at us, killing Luis first, I ran and ran and ran and ran, till I came here, where you found this journal, I hear it eating my friends, their screams, their cries, I'm shaking and crying as we speak, wait...I heard it stop...no...please no...
