can we go back to calling people hacks and sellouts now. the millionaire celebrity who was once an independent artist and now has major corporate backing isn't cool... that's the definition of a sellout. there are plenty of sellouts who i still enjoy what they make. but no doubt they're sellouts. we gotta go back to shaming people for chasing exorbitant wealth <3

saw someone refer to not knowing how to keep track of your money as "girl math" ......why are we in this weird era of treating women like idiots but repackaging it to sound cute and quirky. We All Need To Stop

at this point i also take issue with those tweets/posts that are of the genre “girls were meant to sit in their bed with treats and do nothing all day” it was fun and #relatable maybe the first few times but it’s really just feeding into this weird mass objectification and dehumanization of women going on all over every social media platform now

"what's your dream job??" Uhh to have 17 weird little hobbies that I don't have to be good at and hang out with friends. I get money via being the world's specialist little princess

It's okay to be disappointed that something you were looking forward to has been delayed because of the WGA & SAG-AFTRA union strikes.

But your anger should be directed not at the unions, but at the companies they've walked out on. If the studios had just met their demands in the first place, this strike would not be necessary.

And here's the thing; they want you to blame the strikers. If you bitch and moan about the strikes delaying Deadpool 3 or The Boys season 4 or whatever it is you were excited about, then congratulations, you're playing right into corporate hands.

Be patient. Your entertainment can wait.

And remember, strikes are supposed to be disruptive.

sick of normal girls appropriating weird girl culture. you had friends in school you don’t get to reblog these posts
