I was under the impression ratings were a deciding factor in a show being cancelled or cut but no as with everything it always comes back to company greed. Company greed hoarding wealth that isn’t rightfully theirs and leaving shows without a real ending and so many talented people who worked on it, heart broken themselves and financially screwed over.
