How am I supposed to live long and prosper under these conditions

Shout-out to trans people of color and gnc people of color who want shorter hair but feel guilty about your feelings because your hair is important to your culture. As someone who's Black and has a 4c texture, I get compliments on it all the time. I feel like I'm really representing not only my race but 4c hair in general whenever I put my hair in styles because the flack that 4c hair gets. Not to mention the heavy oppression surrounding Black hair and how hard my ancestors had fight in order to keep it and be able to wear it naturally.

Ultimately trans and gnc people of color should be allowed to cut our hair and present how we want. Willingly cutting our hair for our own benefit and comfortability is way different from wanting to grow it out and being told not to because it's a different texture or tied to our culture.

I want y'all to know that it's okay to want shorter hair. I'm still representing. I'm representing trans/gnc Black people who want to present masc as well as darker Black women who want to embrace masculinity regardless of the colorist stereotypes around it. You don't even have to represent anyone if you don't want to. Just be you.

an aspect of aa4 that i really dont see talked about a lot is that kristoph had that forgery commissioned before phoenix was ever in the picture. he didnt have that page forged to disbar someone, he originally had it forged so he could use it in court and win the case. it wouldnt have worked, because zak had planned to disappear mid trial from the start, sure. but kristoph didnt know that. this implies that either kristoph thought klavier would just let him get away with forged evidence, or, more likely, that klavier just wouldnt pick up on it at all. and we talk about klaviers guilt a lot and all, but..... in between this and daryan thinking he could smuggle contraband into the country using klavier's guitar, how would it feel to know that everyone you loved thought youre stupid? that they werent just murderers, they were murderers who were banking on you either not noticing them or looking the other way? and how bittersweet must it feel to have proven them wrong. ive said it a lot: i think klavier is one of the smartest characters in all of ace attorney, and yet those closest to him didnt seem to know that about him at all.
