Why do I always do this to myself...

Why do I always get stuck in my head. Why do I always stab myself with the thoughts of you wanting another one, not just me. Sometimes I just want to explode but when I do what will I do? Confront you from an idea made up from my head or an actual reality I just didn’t want to see. Why do I constantly torture myself...
