Finished the socks!!
Greneveve and her twin brother, as yet unnamed. These little guys are so much fun and so cute!
So I’ve been knitting in an attempt to decrease my stash scraps. These fish mitts are addictive to make—they’re fun, fast, and simple enough, if you can read a chart and work in the round.
Once I finish the blue fish, I’m planning to do a yellow and brown pair. Pretty much as many pairs as it’ll take while I wait for yarn for the Halibut sweater set I have planned.
Here’s the pattern, for anyone who wants to make their own school of goldfish mittens.
6 months of work, and it's finally completed. The last thing left to do is weave in the ends and block the whole thing. But since I, in good old tradition, finished this heavy-duty sweater once we regularly hit 30°C outside, I'm not in a hurry. I really like the fit, and it was a pretty easy project, which I enjoyed.

hey i don't want to brag but look at the DPNs organizer I designed and printed! i think i'll print another one for crochet hooks...
if you want to check the model out i published it on printables and thangs
Brilliant and oh-so-useful.
All 100 squares are done. Here are some notes in case I’m ever idiot enough to think I want to do this again:
1. This is small; 37” before the border. Future me, it’s too much time and effort to be that freaking small!
2. The answer is probably a different yarn weight. I truly did exhaust all the skeins that came in the kit.
3. I think people who try this pattern should make up their own color scheme.
4. Refrain from doing more squares than your hands tell you to do. I am in misery right now.
I made some lil bi pride yarn skein earrings for the dopamine

One of my favorite yarn stores Neighborhood Fiber Co. is (for the first time) offering Ace Flag mini-skeins!
I absolutely love the yarn from this store! If you are at all interested please take a look and support them in their making this available as a mini-skein set!
I will put the link in the reblog (so it shows up in the tags)
I'm gonna try a KAL this summer! I had great success with a MAL earlier, and then I saw this one come up for Stardew Summer Socks by Oakwood Knits and immediately knew I had to participate. Unsure if I'll finish them before the KAL is over, especially as I've never done colorwork like this for socks, but I'm gonna get as far along as I can during the official KAL! I'm excited to work on this; Stardew Valley is such a comfort game and these socks are so nicely representative of the season in the game!
(holy moly but this yarn is teeny tiny though)

Only 20 rounds left until the heel and pleased to say I did calculate the calf measurements correctly 🙌
My new scarf, Cirrostratus, is now live on Ravelry (and it’s free!)! I so enjoyed making this one, and I’m excited to share it with everyone!
It’s designed to work in any weight yarn, any gauge, any hook - so you can make a heavy winter scarf or a lightweight summer wrap. Enjoy!
Hoppy pride!!! It’s still pride month and we’re still celebrating

Almost complete! It just needs a ceiling (transparent), a sign for the shop name, and an outer case so it doesn’t just look like messy cardboard. The individual patterns are all actual patterns (free downloadable ones)
