School tips for struggling Ana’s

💓 Always have breakfast before leaving the house. Try to always have hot coffee or hot tea (to get your metabolism started for the day), alongside a fruit like apples, strawberries, or even a low calorie granola bar. This way, you can avoid buying sugary snacks from your local store in an attempt to silence your hunger.

💓 Always walk at least half way to school (assuming you have permission from your parents/your school isnt a million miles away). You’ll burn a good amount of calories and the adrenaline is a good way to start your morning. Energized students are the best students!

💓 Always bring your own lunch.

No more than 600 calories, if you already had breakfast/plan to eat after school.

Eating the school lunch isn’t smart since there isn’t a real way to know exactly how many calories are in the meals being served.

Do not eat off your friends trays. Say no to the potential cookies and chips being offered. You don’t need empty calories.

💓 Always carry at least 2 bottles of water with you. You’re a flower. You are constantly growing and changing, and staying hydrated will promote progress within your body. Water can come in handy as an appetite suppressant as well!

💓 Always participate in gym class! This is an opportunity to burn off even more calories. It’s even an opportunity to impress your gym teacher 😁 Physical education exists to promote progress in your body, like water. So take advantage!

Common sense tips that most Ana’s know:

Getting 6-8 hours of sleep every night.

Taking care of your body/hygiene (showering at least once a day, brushing your teeth every morning, and making an effort to wear deodorant and perfume)

Practicing good skincare to avoid acne.

Wearing clean clothes everyday.
