FUCK FLAVOR, FUCK CALORIES, FUCK FOOD MAN.
FUCK IT ALL.
I JUST WANT TO BE THIN.
Things you should do ….
1. Love yourself
2. Like yourself
3. Accept yourself
4. Value yourself
5. Trust yourself
6. Forgive yourself
7. Believe in yourself
8.Express yourself
9. Respect yourself
10. Take care of yourself.
My boyfriend told me he does check out other girls and thinks to himself how they have such a nice body but how it’s also just a guy thing.. it’s just I wish I never knew because all I do is compare myself to everyone and hate my body, so once I heard that it broke me in a way.
It’s like everything I forced myself to try not believe came true and now I’m more determined to make myself look beautiful
I get how you feel 😞
I heavily relate to this but you’ve got to remember that even if he glances at another girl that doesn’t mean he desperately desires to be with them. He is objectively observing that they are physically attractive. And once I realized that I do it too and don’t EVER think “wow I’d rather be with him/her than my boyfriend”, then I realized that he loves me and my body and who I am and not some chick walking by with a nice bod. Observing that someone is attractive is very different than wanting to be with them

Her thighs are squished out and she still looks tiny ♡♡♡

Don’t listen to haters, but know it’s OK to feel hurt sometimes.
Smile, even if they don’t feel like it.

You know what I do remember? The way stepping on the scale and seeing I dropped 7 pounds in 5 days felt.
You pick.
