Van is a sinnamon roll if there ever was one. Van is tough, selfish, and too broken to give a fuck who he might hurt. Van runs an illegal hacking company with friends he made while in tech school, and lives every day as his last - because the way he lives, it very well might be. Sarcasm flows like a second language to him, and he’s always ready to put people in their place, using wit and his handy homemade flamethrower. Reckless and careless, Van cares only about himself - and maybe Blythe. And Noel. Possibly J on a good day. Maybe the new kid Nox. But he’ll never admit that to anyone - including himself.
