Indie Games :D

@indiegames4all

Sponsoring new and old indie games. I'll try my best NOT to spoil anything.

Hello again everybody, here’s a set of screenshots from the upcoming steam release of Pizzarian by Alex Jeddy!

Some of you may remember that we reviewed the original release some time ago but in light of the game’s upcoming release on Steam thanks to it getting greenlit we’ve been given the opportunity to play and review the Steam version of the game.

It feels good to be in the pilots seat of a pizza delivery spaceship again and there’s quite a few additions and improvements in the game as well.

I’ll cover most of these in our upcoming review but for now enjoy these pumpkin spice flavored screenshots haha.

If you’d like to pick the game up yourself, you can get it on Steam on February 3rd. You can find it’s store page here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/340380/

Here’s a list of features in the game as well:

  • REALISTIC pizza delivery action—including cutting people off, avoiding the police, and launching pizzas at houses!
  • THREE pilot skills to level up to help you take on Big Pizza!
  • SIX different ships, each with their own strengths and set of upgrades!
  • THIRTEEN upgrades for your pizzeria, from spam advertisements to weaponized pizzas!
  • FOUR colors available in FIVE palettes—now including Pumpkin Spice!

Happy gaming folks!

#Moonman fan art I made in support of Ben Porter’s fantastic indie project which is on Kickstarter right now.   If you aren’t familiar with Moonman, check out this masterpiece-in-progress.  Everything about it just oozes charm and awesome design sensibility.

With other super-high-profile projects raking in millions more than actually necessary (ahem), now is the time to help out the the guys and gals that really need (and deserve) it most.  See for yourself!

Yo!

My game needs some help getting votes on Steam, so I’ve whipped up this retro box art to captivate you. Now that you’re under my control:

  1. Play the demo (Free! Do it, it’s fun!)
  2. Vote for the game on Greenlight! (Please?)
  3. Support me on Kickstarter?

But seriously, I need less than 3000 votes now, if my math is right, tumblr could do that in hours, so please play my game for free and vote for free so I can tell you how awesome you are and my game can get the shot it deserves, but most of all, REBLOG THIS POST LIKE HELL!

I’ll start drawing some of you soon in pixel form if we can get enough! ^_^

Keep sharing, I’m incredibly close to breaking 400 votes!

Behold, my latest game development project!

It’s called “Imagine.”

You start out on an entirely blank area all alone except for your little lovely “Conscience,” whom you can nickname whatever you wish.

You can talk to it and it’ll ask you to input any word, and if it recognizes the command, it’ll create that object where you’re standing.

It’s currently completely stable but rather boring, as you can only make grass and fruit trees right now.

Reblog this and add what you would want to be able to put in the game, and I’ll put it in there c:

We created a new game for the Global Game Jam 2015! Global Game Jam is a world-wide experience where developers, artists, and musicians of all types create games in 48 hours!

This year the theme was “What do we do now?” and our game is called “The Day the World Changed”

The Day the World Changed is a somber reflection on the troubles a new baby can bring to a family and how it can affect the whole community.

Our team this time was just Two Scoop Games ( Alex Bezuska & Eric Lathrop)

We jammed at LVL1 Hackerspace in Louisville Kentucky home of Game Dev Lou, our local indie game development community.

Check out our game here: http://twoscoopgames.com/ggj15 and be sure to let is know what you think!

White box previews 001

Made using the Unreal Engine 4. This includes Maddie’s hallway, dining room and basement environments with all the basic lighting, furniture. windows. doors and skybox.

This version is to prototype the space of the evironment and is being rebuilt this week using 3DS MAX. The 002 preview should include all of the assets modelled instead of blocked out and in a first person environment rather than third (which is whah this whitebox was built in)

Problems at the moment are the lighting. It needs to be rebuilt but on top of that it is not accurate. This scene was lit with point lights, however some are overlapping which causes problems in the natural light and where it should fall. This is fixable with the possibility of using static lights.

Preview 002 should be released within the next 2 months.
