I know I'm just a dork ass white boy and a bit late to posting this but DMX was always one of my favorite rappers growing up. The way he would mix hard asf street poetry prose with biblical iconography always fascinated me. As many of you know, DMX stands for Dark Man X. That further added to his mysticism for me, like he was some anit-hero from a manga or anime. Each album like a chapter in this mythical story about a personal journey through hell.
Anyways this is a homage to his album cover "Flesh of my Flesh, Blood of my Blood" but to look more like a manga cover instead of an album. The Japanese symbols loosely translate to "My Flesh and Blood"
