alcohol is yet again my biggest downfall, how am i meant to live through this torture without something to numb it all. why must it have so many cals

just tried to work out and just couldnt keep up with the video, im so unfit, just ruined my last shred of self-esteem

I’m gonna try doing this workout more than once so I can burn more cals! It’s a 100cals burned in 5 minutes so if I can do it 3 times with a rest break of five mins in between then that’ll be 300 cals 😋
