1996, Pikachu by Keiji Kinebuchi featuring a white snout, probably a misunderstanding of Ken Sugimori’s shading on the original artwork.
This Pikachu card was originally released with the November 1996 issue of CoroCoro Comic along with a Jigglypuff card by the same artist, being the first Pokémon cards ever released, even before the Japanese Base Set. In the West they both got released as Black Star Promos.
Fei-Yen wins, from ‘Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram’ on the Sega Dreamcast.
