There’d be a whole cryptography team at SSS who will work in vain to decipher that. Is ‘my daughter’ a code name for an agent? Is ‘vaulting boxes’ code for a new weapon? What does ‘jumping 5 times in a row’ mean?…

Yor isn't really even trying here - because she doesn't actually think her husband's cheating, she isn't trying to kill him (WELL...), she is still very, very hungover, oh god, so hungover, this is just a nice walk outside with Yuri for her.
I like to read this scene as Twilight having become accustomed to Yor's movements. By now, the man has probably written a whole folder full of observations - Yor's voice near and far away, her gait, the sound of her footsteps... Of course he can pick her out from a crowd! It's not a spy thing, it's a husband thing.
