I have a mouth guard bc I seriously grind my teeth at night. I have to replace it every 3 months bc it breaks down enough from heavy grinding.

All this is to say it’s plastic and bits of plastic do come off when I’m sleeping. I’m not on microplastics I’m on macro plastics get on my level

You're gonna need a custom mouth guard for your teeth. If you can't get to a dentist to make molds the next best thing is Pro Teeth Guard. They do upper and lower teeth guards and they even have different levels of hardness for the molds. In this case you make the mold and make imprints if your teeth and send it back instead of a dentist. They send you everything you need tho. I've ordered from them twice and the only negative thing in my experience is that I kept fucking up the molds so they had to have me redo them twice lol

Also look into de-stressing or the origin of your teeth grinding because you do NOT want tmj and the issues it comes with 🙃
