I want to remind you that life is good, and that you should stay. There will be happy times and laughter and joy and creation. Of course, there will be tears and wounds and scars and bruises and trembling hands and dark rooms and mockery and suffering and you will think it'll last forever and you'll want to bury yourself in your own pain and greasy hair because looking up out in the world will show you the suffering and agony and everything wrong and bad and horrible. But there's always more. There's always more, I promise. There will be hands reaching for you and warm soup and the sun on the grass and the scent of mint and the freshness of ice on a summer day. There will be raspberries and love and promises and books and plushies and comfort and cool shirts and breathing and smiles and sharing. The rain will meet you as it falls, and it's cold, it freezes the inside of your bones, and the universe wraps around you, and you call hear it tell you it's a tale of endless punches, pulled so quickly you can't see them, and it's scary but the rain also is thousands of little caresses on your cheeks and your soul and your body and the ground. You are as much part of the Universe as it is part of you. It hurts, just like you hurt. But let it take you. Let life wrap around you and fill your lungs just so you remember that you are stardust and blood and milk and love. You are Life. There's always more.
