Whenever you see a fanart of Kaz and Inej kissing or touching, there’s always that one person that comments “they can’t do that” even though a huge part of their character arcs were them gradually building up their comfort levels with eachother in order touch, and starting to heal from their trauma. It is heavily implied in the text when Kaz and Inej hold hands- Kaz without his gloves- that they are working to get better, and one day will be able to touch each other freely. Obviously this will take quite a while, but it will happen. It’s almost as if people don’t want Kaz and Inej to heal. There’s nothing wrong with couples who never touch of course, but it isn’t Kaz and Inej, and it undermines their character development and growth.

One fun thing about my town is that about two years ago, our feral rabbit population tripled, and while we mostly had grey rabbits, there were a handful of white and black rabbits as well.
