I am going to articulate because I have to take things out of my head:

- the plot revolves around Gabriel that decides "fuck it" the Armageddon because he found love. I am very happy for Gabriel and Beelzebup but it really doesn't make sense to me because: a) all demons and all angels, Beelzebup and Gabriel included, were vastly shown (in season 1) as those beings that know nothing of humanity, therefore would not be so rapidly able to change and to experience feelings or sense of connection, thing that are, on the other hand, familiar for Crowley and Aziraphale, because they experienced humanity for a very very long time; b) Aziraphale knows Crowley and goes out with him since the very beginning but still the brain washing is working more than Gabriel's brainwashing??? Also, Gabriel and Beelzebub went on dates for like 3 years vs the 6000 thousands of years of dates of Aziraphale and Crowley?? c) generally the whole thing of the fly and all the other memory loss thing has no sense but all I can think about is: how dumb has to be Aziraphale to not check the whole box??? Like it is literally the first thing I do, checking all the surface of a box when I have one. But okay I guess.

- the flashbacks where absolutely ADORABLE, it was like watching at a fanfiction, but they really made no sense for the dynamic Crowley and Aziraphale had in season 1. Aziraphle not telling Crowley stuff, not trusting him, using randevouz places...they were careful and they of course liked each other very much but for me in those new flashbacks of season 2 they are WAAAY more intimate, way more close and used to each other. Aziraphale literally makes the magic trick to let know Crowley he trusts him. And then in 2019 he is "mmm not telling you where the antichrist is, no no no you are a demon"???? What??? There is no continuity, it seems like filming this one they were like "okay we have to make it the most sweet and throwing to the wind the continuity".

- I hated. The kiss. I know it was bad on purpose, but I hated it because Aziraphale after that FORGIVES Crowley, as if it was a tempting kiss, as if he is almost invalidating Crowley's feelings. I know is not a romantic kiss, it is a desperate and angry kiss but I hated it SO much. It's literally Aziraphale punching in the face Crowley, is telling him again, "you are a demon" is SEEING him as just a demon and not his companion of years and years and years. Is saying AGAIN "what you do is bad". And I hate that.

I was writing this essay on Byzantine art and re-reading David&Saul's story: Saul is the king and David is like his new favourite knight. Not the hand of the king but kinda. The thing is that people in the reign loves David and Saul started to being jealous and resentful with David and thought that he could take his throne. Now. Maybe this is a well known fact for everyone but Aerys II and Tawny Lannister are like the in the same situation or at least similar? R.R. Martin that uses the Bible for narrative topoi??? Ilove this and how authors refers to ancient mythology. Chef kiss.

Saul is very angry with Gionata and says that as long as David is alive, Gionata claim to the trone is not as linear and easy as he thinks and the only way is to kill David. THE ALICENT-AEGON VIBES ,when she tells him that the only way to have the throne is to kill Rhaenyra!!! I love this wow
