Unironically I think this site and queer spaces in general do a lot of good for appearance anxiety. I've never been diagnosed, but got a very high score on a RAADS-R test. My brother also has been diagnosed with ADD so the fam is neurospicy. Idk exactly what flavor I have. The fact of being undiagnosed and just being called a "gifted" child and "weird" made me consistently doubt myself in many areas so there's that
