Everyone always talks abt the ways ADHD makes you forgetful or hyperactive, but one thing I dunno if I’ve seen anyone talk about is the self-gaslighting that can happen, how you get so used to having forgotten/missed something that if you hear a piece of information that contradicts what you’ve heard before, you have this instinct to accept the newer info as the right one because maybe you just forgot about something. You get so used to people seeing you as stupid that you’re tempted to not speak up or ask about or argue against something that’s incorrect out of fear of looking like an idiot.

“Don’t chase people. Be yourself, do your own thing and work hard. The right people - the ones who really belong in your life - will come to your. And stay.”

To believe that the thing only thing holding you back from you own manifestations and dreams turning reality is your own mind, is fucking phenomenal. One of the simplest reprogramming systems in our inner world that could be changed with devotional dedication to the unknown. You are so powerful, do not let your mind and ego get in the way of your pure divine nature.

being alive is to have life telling you ‘ok now i will ask you to be brave. now i will ask you to be brave. now i will ask you to be brave’ over and over and over until you learn it & then have to learn it again

Suffering can only exist within your own mind. You suffer when you are living in the past, and you suffer when you are living in the future. But within this current moment, there is none. You decide. You decide upon your perception. You decide upon your thoughts. You decide whether are not you are suffering... or you are thriving.
