Actually this is an extremely important reminder because keeping your body tense can actually cause you medical problems.
Long story short, I developed a medical condition that causes my jaw to snap in place due to clenching it so tightly that it literally causes the joint between my upper and lower skull to get stuck. It became an annoying problem that has caused me so much pain for years when eating or even yawning. At some point I couldnโt even open my mouth wide enough to eat. All because I never learned to release tension in my body.
Sometimes some worries are just not worth it. Whatever it is that makes your body tense, let it go. Let your body breathe.

And then the second, the very second, she found out what being a lyctor meant, when she found out that the cost of everything she wanted was Gideon's life, she said "no." Gideon was more important.
