These are all 16 books from the Running Press series on famous authors that I have as yet found! I am fairly certain that these are all the ones they’ve produced, but it’s difficult to tell. Running Press seems more intent on selling knick knacks and things these days, so I had to surf the internet to find many of these.
Generally, the works in this series are either quote books, summarized works, or collections of shorter stories. For example, the Shakespeare one explains the plot and characters of all of his plays, the Edgar Allen Poe one has a few of his short stories and poems, and the Winston Churchill one only has memorable quotes.
Each of these books was published fairly recently (within the last decade), but I no longer encounter in their natural habitat- by the Barnes and Nobles check out line. Either way I’m glad to have so many doing nicely in captivity, though I don’t know how likely their reestablishment in the wild is.

I also worry that if I commit to doing anything else important that day it’ll distract me from the time and I’ll miss the appointment.
