Okay, so I thought that being part Veela would be a damn good thing. But having that Mudblood Granger for a mate has proved to be deplorably dangerous to my health.
6th year was proving to be rather difficult for Draco. He had officially become a Death Eater and was given two very difficult tasks. Not to mention over the summer he learned about being a Veela and only having a year to find his mate. Would he crack under pressure or will this mystery girl be a blessing in disguise? He thought last year was hard and now his life was so complicated.
“I’m so sorry.” The familiar voice spoke again. This was enough to wake Hermione’s brain from her trance. Enough to open her eyes, and see two magnificently silver eyes dissaparate in the dark.
“He’d always known that hair. He’d stared at it, he’d jinxed it, one memorable day he’d gotten his wand, his hand, and a good portion of his arm, stuck in it. But for the first time, he was overcome with a longing to touch it. To touch her. To reach out to her and pull her towards him.” A lovely little romance about a young Veela and the mate he never expected.
I don’t think Gravidy’s stories are up anymore… I still have The Crimson Jess and Chosen’s Trial on my e-reader and love them dearly. If you can find either online, read them.
Recently, I’ve read The Selwyn Secret by kirsant, where Hermione is sort-of adopted by the Malfoys. However, she is a secret pureblood herself. Nautical Paramour’s Wildest Moments is the only fic I can think of that really fits your request. I’ve read quite a few fics where Hermione is secretly a Zabini or a Lestrange or some other pureblood, but not many where she is muggleborn and just adopted.

She’s a smart woman and she’s very observant and she obviously knows what they would have had to do to get that done and there’s just no way she didn’t know.
The plot hole comes in with why on earth she wouldn’t have said something during PoA when Sirius broke into the school.
We know why Remus didn’t. He didn’t want to admit that he had broken Dumbledore’s trust. James, Sirius and Peter had done that for him and even though Sirius was a wanted criminal he couldn’t bring himself to give him up…
But why wouldn’t Minerva speak up?
Because she knew all along that Sirius was innocent. She could never bring herself to believe that Sirius Black would ever betray James Potter. She knew those boys too well. She watched Sirius defy his blood and his family and everything they stood for and how much James meant to Sirius and there was just no convincing her that Sirius would take such a drastic turn like that. Of course she had no choice but to believe it since the evidence all pointed to him and no one would hear a word against it.
But she kept it secret the same way Remus did.
Neither of them could give up Sirius’ secret because they both knew there was something not right about it.

I already queued this but also, you do this, but still have Ginny become a famous Quidditch player. Imagine the first time Harry gets called “Ginny’s husband” before “the boy who lived” or “the chosen one.” Imagine how fucking pleased he’d be.
Imagine the first time a student comes up to him looking starry-eyed and Harry’s thinking “Oh no” because he doesn’t want to talk about Voldemort or the war but instead this little eleven year old is like “ARE YOU REALLY MARRIED TO WEASLEY FROM THE HOLLYHEAD HARPIES???!?? WHAT’S SHE LIKE?” and he’s like “oh thank god” because he could talk about Ginny all day.
