I’m about to start a seriously intense gym regimen for the summer (5 days strength training / 2 days running) and I’m honestly not sure if I can pull it off but. I’m just so sick of feeling weak and hating my body. I haven’t been in shape since high school (and even then, not that in shape). I want to look like Sarah fucking Connor. I just have to force myself to do it until it becomes a routine but... oy vey it’s hard to set a routine like that
