I can't get over how beautiful the cover art for The Edge is.
Just the fact that we get Blake and Yang holding hands on it??? It's like they've waited so long for them to officially be canon and they've been holding back this whole time and now they don't need to anymore and they're taking every opportunity they have to say "Hello, Blake and Yang are in love and it's so beautiful and something to be celebrated."
I loooooove that they're framed in the center so it's one of the first things your eyes will be drawn to. I know the framing is partly because Ruby is in the foreground so it looks better to have Blake and Yang in the center if they're going to be holding hands rather than on the right or left, and they were the first ones to go through the portal in the show, but it still makes me so happy.
And the contrast of Yang reaching for Blake in the volume poster and them ending the volume holding hands in both the show and the cover art for the ending is so sweet.
And similarly, Ruby looking back with this soft smile compared to how uncertain she looks in the volume poster made me cry.
In Super Mario 64, some non-playable characters keep blinking even when the game is paused.
