Does anyone have any idea who is behind this anon? I’ve seen it spammed not only here on Tumblr, but also on TWITTER through curiouscat. Who would go through the effort to spam this across multiple different social medias? I’m so curious about what or who could possibly be behind this

Made this exact post on reddit but have a much bigger reach here so I’ll just repost it.

The crowds at Pierce The Veil concerts have got to get safer.

I’ve been talking to people who’ve been to PTV concerts in the last few months and we’ve all had very similar experiences of the crowds being shockingly dangerous.

I’ve been in the pit of much heavier bands. Slipknot, Sepultura, Trivium, you name it. And yet I have never experienced a crowd as uncontrolled and wild as I did when I saw PTV at the Wiltern in LA last October.

The pushing was absolutely insane and honestly very dangerous. It was incredibly compacted, to the point where people were passing out left and right and STAYING UPRIGHT because of how compacted the crowd was. People were getting trampled well within sight of the band and not once did they stop the show and direct the crowd. Security was doing their absolute best but there was nothing they could do, the crowd was completely uncontrollable. It was so dense that they couldn’t even reach the people who needed medical attention. Some people had to get lifted out via crowdsurfing. That is not normal.

Everyone was pushing extremely hard and many people were struggling to breathe. My friend had their sweater ripped off them and they were WEARING IT. The people at the barricades were being crushed against it and leaped over them not even to get closer to the band, but to escape the crowd crush. I’ve literally moshed at a Slipknot concert and felt safer than at the PTV show I went to.

I’ve been talking to other people who’ve been to PTV shows in the last few months and they’ve all experienced very similar things.

I’m honestly shocked no one has gotten seriously injured yet. PTV has got to take some sort of action for the wellbeing of their fans. Start booking bigger venues or selling less pit tickets or SOMETHING. It’s getting very very dangerous and it’s becoming a pattern.

Let it be known that I am absolutely not a hater, and am a huge fan of PTV. I’ve been following them religiously since before Collide With The Sky, and own their albums on vinyl. But their live show was honestly the most terrifying experience I’ve ever had seeing a band. I’m terrified of ever seeing them again.

Exactly! I don’t even wanna think about what would’ve happened had there been a fire or something at that venue.

Someone on Reddit said “That just sounds like a regular rock show, if you don’t like it stay in the back” but that’s exactly what we tried to do. WE TRIED TO GET OUT. But we had absolutely no control over our bodies at all. The crowd was completely overpowering.

I was in the GA pit which was elevated off the VIP pit and I saw people leap several feet into the VIP pit just to escape the crush. They walked right back out clutching their chests, some even stayed on the ground just heaving, catching their breath. THAT’S NOT FUCKING NORMAL

You’d look sick with a tongue piercing, have you considered getting it?

Thanks! I haven’t, but I’ve considered getting a lip ring or an eyebrow bar. Downsides to a lip ring would be that I would have to stop wearing lipstick for a while, and I don’t think I’m willing to make that sacrifice

Hi I’m sorry for all the anon hate you’ve been getting I hope you have a nice day <3

It’s totally fine! I am honestly so self-absorbed that most insults mean nothing to me because I don’t believe you. Especially coming from someone who doesn’t even know me. I believe I’m a goddess who’s better than everyone, so if you call me ugly or dumb or whatever I just don’t believe you.

It’s like if you said the boogeyman or the tooth fairy was coming for me. It doesn’t really mean much

Shut up you dumb whore, we have no respect for you at all, you're just a dumb cunt that sells nudes, why would we respect you ? Tell me why we should respect you when you clearly have no respect for yourself. If you put yourself out there you better be ready for the backlash.

  • I don’t sell nudes. I’ve never taken a single nude picture of myself. But even if I did, there’s nothing wrong with selling nudes. Sex workers are people too, and they deserve respect. If you like porn, respect the people who make it for you.
  • I’m not dumb. I’m a chemistry student at UCLA. I got scholarships to USC and UC Berkeley. I have many bad qualities (see: conceited, stubborn, argumentative, impatient, jealous, apathetic, sadistic, etc etc) but dumb just isn’t one of them. If you’re going to insult me, at least pick an accurate insult?
  • I do respect myself. I respect myself a lot. In fact, I think of myself almost as a goddess. I think I’m worthy of being worshipped. I’m one of the most self-obsessed people I know. I’m so self-absorbed that when I have manic episodes some people don’t even notice the difference.

Y’all are free to insult me as much as you want, but at least throw insults that are TRUE.

When's the last time you got your pussy licked ?

Some of you have absolutely zero respect for me. My style isn’t an invitation to talk to me however you want. Fuck off

Shut the fuck up, we all know you're straight!
