I’m unclear whether I’m missing something here in the last panel. It seems like there may be some sort of pun going on, given Narmaya’s reaction, but I can’t find any homophonic possibilities between oil (sekiyu), and coffee (kouhii), nor any graphical similarities between their kanji (石油 vs. 珈琲), so I’m not sure what it might be.

Operetta Due has decided that they’ve run out of proper fairy tales, so their newest CD series is a R-18 rendition of the frog prince. ( • v • )
Synopsis (Paraphrased):
Once upon a time, there was a heartbroken princess and a monster.
The princess, who was meant to be betrothed to a prince of a neighboring country, had her heart broken one day when the prince decided, one-sidedly, to revoke their engagement.
Having fallen into despair, the princess went to go weep at the bank of a lake, where she stared sorrowfully at the small ornamental ball her prince had once given her. But just as she was gazing at her former lover’s gift, an ugly monster suddenly appeared.
The creature in question called himself only “Frog,” for his face was that of one, but his body was that of a human’s. Frog volunteered to help the princess avoid experiencing the pain of heartbreak ever again by instructing her in the arts of love.
Although the princess was naturally hesitant about this, she was eventually coaxed into the arrangement, no doubt due in part to some forcefulness on the Frog’s part.
However, from that day onward, the frog (prince) also found himself gradually being ensnared by the princess’s own affairs…
Will the princess be able to become experienced in the workings of the heart? Will the frog prince accomplish his goal, whatever that may be?
…Thus began the seemingly insincere, yet serious lesson between the two characters of this strange tale…
