babe you're self isolating again and you haven't talked to a single friend in 3+ months. you've been emotionally and mentally burnt out for several months (or years) and it's made even talking to the people you love feel like a burden, and your anxiety and depression ain't helping. and you're just so so scared your friends hate you for all of it. they don't, i promise.

Small things we should cherish more in life:
  1. Staring at the moon from your balcony.
  2. Waking up to the sound of the rain.
  3. Small achievements/success in your life.
  4. Sleeping in a cozy or comfortable bed.
  5. Walking barefoot on grass.
  6. The first sip of coffee/tea/juice in the morning.
  7. Different colors of sky.
  8. Finishing a good book.
  9. Counting stars with the person you love.
  10. Sharing fruits with your friends/family.
