I know I haven’t posted in a while, life has been stressful and I’ve gained a lot of weight from stuffing my face :/ I’ve been going on the treadmill lately though, I just get really high and keep going until I can’t really feel my feet and I feel like I’m floating. I’m also counting my calories again because I stopped for a while.

I fasted for 44 hours then went to Starbucks with my sister and boyfriend and I was only gonna have a drink but my bf knew I hadn’t eaten yet so he wanted me to get food too. I started another fast after though

So I ate more than yesterday but still stayed under 500 so I'm satisfied. My boyfriend is gonna be outta town tmr so I’ll be able to fast without him bringing me food. Kinda tempted to eat sum candy but I'm high so I'm scared ill binge so I'm not gonna. I gained like 2lbs last time I weighed in so I'm feeling so shit abt myself rn and I'm scared of food. I don't think it's been this bad in a while lol

(Edit: I ended up eating candy, so todays total is 645 thankfully I didn't binge)

Today I fasted for 24 hours before I had dinner. I didnt get many steps in today because I didn’t have work. So I was mostly in bed doing homework. I think ima try to liquid fast tomorrow since I won’t be able to do a water fast.

I completed a 44 hour fast then my boyfriend got us lunch and I ate dinner at work. I went a little over my limit but I burned a lot and I'm gonna start another fast. I'm off work for the next two days so I don't think I can go longer than 24 hours this time

So starting today I've decided I'm going to try to officially be vegan. I've been vegetarian for four years now and I've wanted to go vegan for a few years but my father wouldn't let me. Oh, also my birthday was last Friday, I'm finally 17 :)

Today was my brothers birthday but I had work so I skipped lunch and made a mini pizza for my dinner but I was barely hungry so I only had like three pieces and I didn't have any cake when I got home either. This is the lowest I've restricted in a while and I wasn't even trying lol

I did a pretty decent job restricting today especially since I wasn't working today lol I kinda went a little far with the candy cause I was stoned lol

I forgot to post this last night bc I ended up getting wasted and threw up everything anyway so I didn't count the calories in the vodka. I went to my grandparents and they were having pasta with lunch but they forgot I'm vegetarian and put meat in the sauce so I got to skip lunch lol

Weight update

I haven't had a scale in my house in years but my parents got one so I weighed in at 132.4 but ik I had food weight + water weight so ima weight myself again tmr before eating or drinking anything. Ima try to do weekly weigh ins now so I'm less tempted to binge and start getting back on track cause the past few days I haven't been keeping track and have been giving in to my munchies :/

Today was a really good day. The guy I've been talking to for a few months now asked me out today at work. He made a batch of breaksticks that spelled out “will you be my gf?” and our manager helped him and everything. He also bought me candy so I decided to treat myself and have some when I got home

So I decided that instead of jumping right into a low restriction diet ima just try to stay under 800 for the next couple of days and slowly lower it so I don't binge. Ik I haven't used this account in a long time so heres a small life update. In June I got a part time job at little Caesars so I work like 4-5 days a week and I'm graduating high school early so when I'm not working I been busy with school. I broke up with my boyfriend a few months ago but I met someone at work who treats me way better. Mentally I've been doing sm better since I started working but I'm just relapsing with my eating disorder. Thats pretty much it, ima post some body checks soon. Goodnight :)

SoI totally failed day two. Ik I wouldn’t have been able to get out of having dinner bc my family woulda made me order something regardless and my bf was over so ik he would’ve told me to eat but I could’ve skipped everything else :/
