im Here for publicly funded jokes at his expense

Anyway, here’s how to donate to Sesame Street and support PBS with donations. Talking about how awesome a thing is can be great if you also take action to support it.

PLEASE SUPPORT SESAME STREET

We need to support Sesame Street for approximately five thousand reasons, but supporting them for their Trump parody is a perfectly legitimate time for our collective petty soul to reach out.

And men make fun of women for travelling in packs. Sighs.

Seriously, if you see this happening and you can speak up…do. If you are unable see if you can find someone who will help.

Also, it’s shit that it seems to take so long for women to grow into being able to own telling a creep to take a flying leap and not feel bad about doing it. I wish I’d had the sourness at 15 that I have at 45 to do it.

thongs or gstrings ashley??? answer the question ashley

This reminds me of the post about guys being their own worst enemies. Like, she liked his profile, so chances are, if he was a normal goddamn human being, she would have gone out with him. But instead he decided to be an unrelenting creep and now she’s making fun of him on the internet.

Boys can be so stupid

but then again, its kind like putting a meat suit on and telling a shark not to eat you

We (men) are not fucking sharks!

We are not rabid animals living off of pure instinct

We are capable of rational thinking and understanding.

Just because someone is cooking food doesn’t mean you’re entitled to eat it.

Just because a banker is counting money doesn’t mean you’re being given free money.

Just because a person is naked doesn’t mean you’re entitled to fuck them.

You are not entitled to someone else’s body just because it’s exposed.

What is so fucking difficult about this concept?

How can you not reblog something like this

Just *draws air through teeth, wincing* ALMOST there.

I can’t tell you how many women during the #MeToo movement told me “that happened to me, but it wasn’t assault”

and I was like, “how do I tell her, yes it was?”

Rule says women must wear heels. No flats.

Kristen Stewart takes off her heels in front of all the cameras and walks barefoot.

The only way to kill sexist rules is to openly disobey them.

The Elicia Donze situation is appalling, she's received a decade of hate from people within this group and she has every right to be angry, and then these people come in claiming to be victims of her bullying them when they cast doubt on what's happening to her and tone policing everything she says. It's showcasing the worst part of fandom, the wellbeing of a person is so much more important than some show, it's unbelievable how poisonous people are showing themselves to be.

I’ve seen what people consider to be her “bullying” too and a lot of the time it is her responding to people negatively. That’s it.

But because she has a platform there are always going to be people who say that if she responds to people then she is “opening up those people to abuse” because she has followers who might be a to them.

But what that says is that a woman who is being bullied should do so in silence, she shouldn’t respond because she has a platform, she should suffer so that others don’t have to deal with negativity.

It’s ridiculous. I’m not involved in this fandom wankery but I’ve seen these same situations play out over and over again over the past few years with her. It seems like people feel entitled to her and they expect her to respond in a very specific way.

I’ve rarely seen as much tone policing go on, it’s incredible. She gets berated for not being nice enough to anon hate who don’t think her work is real, or good because it’s too real. She gets unsolicited advice and it reprimanded if she is negative about it.

Telling a woman to moderate her emotional responses to traumatic events? Ground breaking.
