also do we want to talk abt how cheng xiaoshi was fully prepared to dive back 2 whole years into the past just for a chance at protecting everyone and saving lu guang. and the only reason he stopped himself was bc lu guang told him not to try and change the past. oh ym god ohmy god

Interestingly enough sometimes archeologist get the gender of remains wrong as testing the gender of bone remains are quite difficult. In fact it's also relevant that archeologists don't assume the gender of remains. Which means that no matter what gender, our stories in our bodies are just as valuable as the person next to us.

Y'all. Heartache and Bonetrousle play in the background at certain parts. Because they’re the themes of the people Sans cared about the most.
I am a Link Click s2 OP will change/update/adjust believer.
Bc I love changing ops and I'm sure LC wants to be epic. (it also genuinely feels like it'll have a great setup for it with the implied alternating deaths)
To illustrate this post by @mayahawkse I would like to visualize to you the difference:
A post in 2023:
A post in 2014:
A zoom out of the same post:
This is what a community looks like.
See how in 2023 almost all of the reblogs come from the OP, from their few hours/days in the tag search. Meanwhile in 2014 the % of reblogs from OP is insignificant, because most of the reblogs come from the reblogs within the fandom, within the micro-communities formed there. You didn't need to rely on tags, or search, or being featured. Because the community took care of you, made sure to pass the work between themselves and onto their blog and exposed their followers to it. It kept works alive for years.
It's not JUST the reblog/like ratio that causing this issue, it's the type of interaction people have. They're content with scrolling and liking the search engine, instead of actually having a reblogging relationship with other blogs in their community.
Anyways, if you want to see more content you like, the only true way to make it happen is to reblog it. Likes do not forward content in no way but making OP feel nice. Reblogs on the other hand make content eternal. They make it relevant, they make it exist outside of a fickle tumblr search that hardly works on the best of days.
If you want more of something, reblog it.
Something I see mentioned often is "I don't have many followers, my reblog won't matter" which is untrue.
First of all, reblogging, commenting and interacting is how you start gathering your own micro community, second of all— you literally do not know how far a single reblog from you could go in the long run.
For instance, let's say you only have one person reblog from you, and that person only have one person who reblogged from them also, and so on, and somewhere ten reblogs down the line a very large blog reblogs it and boom, the post is getting more and more exposure!
You see, it does not matter if you don't have a large following so long as you cultivate a micro community with the people you do enjoy interacting daily with.
As you can see in the second picture I added, most of the reblogs were between very small groups of people, and occasionally it'll lapse into a large blog that would create a bigger reblog pool. BUT STILL. Saying that you don't have many followers and so it doesn't matter if you don't reblog is UNTRUE.
Even if someone just randomly wanders into your blog one day, it's beneficial for both sides because A. Seeing you reblog content they like might be enough for them to follow you B. They would be exposed to new content creators they didn't know previously and might also follow / reblog from them!
So yes, do not underestimate what your reblogs and words mean, just because you're not 'big' or whatever. It is not how tumblr works!!
P.S IT IS NOT CRINGE TO REBLOG 10 YEARS OLD CONTENT ON TUMBLR. YOU SEE IT. YOU LIKE IT? REBLOG IT. DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU DIG IT FROM THE DEPTHS OF HELL ITSELF. XOXO :'D <3
So fun
So I was mega rural and my school never had more than a hundred kids, all aged from preschool to high school aged. And let me tell you that there isn’t anything little kids like more than full contact violent sport with full grown teenagers and/or adults.
There would be this game we’d play until it got banned then a few months later we’d change the name and start playing the same game until the teachers finally noticed and it was banned again.
You’d line all the kids up against the school building, mixed ages so between six and sixteen, decide on an end point, one kid would be “it” and their job was to tackle another kid to the ground while everybody else tried to run to the other side. If anybody got tacked to the ground they were then also it, and the number of people you’d have to run past would get larger and larger until every kid playing had been tackled at some point.
While you’d usually start with a high schooler being it, it was never the biggest most athletic highschool kid. Not the jock, or what we had which passed doe a jock which was just Ben. It wouldn’t be much fun if you started with the fastest and strongest kid. Nobody would stand a chance.
The first person also never goes straight for the little kids. That wouldn’t be fun either. You’d tackle a few kids your own size to the ground. A few of the brave would try to get Ben but you’d always fail.
The you gotta get the little kids. The tactic is simple. A bigger highschool kid would pick them up, flip them over, and place them (relatively) gently on their backs and the go hunt more kids.
And then comes the best part. A gaggle of tiny kids all with ceaseless determination and zero fear of man or gods would all put their tiny little bodies to the sole persuit of bringing down the largest highschool kid there was. And while Ben had no issues pushing to to the ground anyone vaguely his own age, he could not harm a small child. His only options was to be faster. And to run away. Individually their grip strength was weak and his legs were strong. One small child he would just step to the side and get away from. Two small children and he had to be a bit careful where he stepped but he was only slowed and not stopped. But eight. Nine. Ten small children. It was like watching a pack of wolves bring down a full sized elk. If in this case the elk was concerned about not hurting the wolves. It was amazing. They only had to slow him enough to get enough tiny hands on him and down he’d go. These tiny children were always the only ones who could ever succeed.
I never played but damn no spectator sport has ever been as good.
Favorite thing about renaissance faires is that they have fuck all to to with the renaissance. This thang is not about historical anything this is about dressing up like a fairy and watching a joust

In Totk, the draconified Zelda and Ganondorf have horns similar to Naydra and Dinraal, due to their connection to the triforce.
Wisdom/Nayru backward, spikey blue horns. Zelda has smaller horns because her design's meant to be more elegant.
Power/Dinn curved, warm-coloured horns (some point back on Draganon). The Gan-Man has way more horns, which are very spiky too, which is meant to convey how dangerous he is.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So in conclusion, if Link got draconified, his horn would be long and pointy in the middle of his forehead- my bet is that it would resemble the master sword, so it would be straight and probably thinner too.
Edit: he would also be green. Forgot to mention that, triforce of courage and whatnot.
I don't know who needs to see this today, but here you go. It is "honorable combat". May Kahless see honor in your battle. Qapla'!
*SPOILERS FOR THE TOTK DRAGON QUEST*
I drew this as an excuse to draw Zelda in her new dress and then that never happened. ALSO THANK YOU @katydoodles FOR DOING THE BACKGROUNDS <3
Fandom: The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Pairing: Link/Zelda Words: 880
The first thing Link began to wonder about the Light Dragon – once his tears for her ran dry and his grief made room for a growing curiosity – was whether she ever got hungry.
In her previous life, she’d had a utilitarian relationship with food. Link had cooked all manner of dishes for her, and each one she would eat in a straight-forward, disciplined manner, dutifully setting about tidying up once she was done. If he asked what her favourite meal was, she’d say, ‘All of them!’
Now, it was possible that dragons didn’t need to eat. Immortality, its terribleness aside, probably had benefits like that. The question was, would they want to?
Link hadn’t paid the Light Dragon much mind during his travels. Dragons seemed to be ten a rupee these days, arising out of chasms, swimming over villages, winding through canyons and so on. Now that he had learned who the Light Dragon really was – telling himself he’d known for a long time to muffle the anguished guilt he felt at not having known right away – he had begun to track her movements. Occasionally, she would break her kingdom-spanning flight path to spend a few hours circling the skyward Temple of Time. It was there that he waited for her now.
