Once again, pay attention to your children.  Why does your child think it’s ok to actively harass and humiliate someone for being who they are? What are we missing as a community as far as signs and actions that indicate that something is wrong?  Some people indeed hide their emotions well, but there has to be something that we miss or don’t consider “serious” that can prevent this shit from continuously happening.

This shit is happening way too often in schools. I wish she would have known her worth and known that NOBODY was worth her taking her life.

It deeply saddens me to have to do these types of posts regarding our youth.  This young lady was killed while at school in the girl’s bathroom from being jumped by multiple girls.  Some sources are reporting the fight being over a boy, other’s are saying it was over he say/she say.  Regardless of the reason, no parent should have to get the phone call that their child was murdered while at SCHOOL.  I couldn’t imagine what they are going through, all I can do is send my condolences and prayers to her family and friends, hoping that they can make it through this tough time. May this young woman rest in peace. Story here
