I think I found the way Orikko's power works (although if I'm wrong they don't hesitate to say so). I think Orikko can only grant powers based on CONTINUOUS ACTIONS. For example, Thomas Asctruc said on Twitter "Flying=Power" while wishing was "Wish=Make a Wish". I remember that Mark asked for the power to "Always give a goal", which could be interpreted as continuous action for the "always" of the request. He also can't grant the power of wishes because according to the structure what wishes are…. Well, constructs? Really Orikko could only do "making a wish" which translates to "it will never be granted because it is always being built". Makes sense?
