I just checked Tumblrs policy, it’s stance on “Sensitive content” hasn’t changed. If you have a NSFW blog, make sure it’s marked as NSFW in your settings or it could get flagged.

Even in that event, in my experience, the staff with mark your blog for you before they even consider deleting it.

As we’ve seen with past experiences, this is likely just a group of people mass reporting blogs and posts as “spam” to get them deleted.
