I mourn who and what I could’ve been without my traumas everyday. I could’ve been so much more than i am. I could’ve been healthy. I could’ve been a real person.

Some of you have never experienced intense self hatred that leaded you to push people away and constantly questioning their love for you and it shows.

Having Depression for years is so wild because you just kinda become?? Desensitized to your own suffering?? Like yeah I want to kill myself every day. Oh, oh yeah normal people don’t have that????? Oh shit I forgot
