I’ve been waiting for this Pokemon for the last 20 years!!
honestly at first glance, the only thing I’m disappointed in in the new games is:
it looks like the character customization in d/p is set based including hair styles, so we can’t mix and match anything, but I appreciate that we got it at all and I no longer have to trudge through eye level snow with exposed thighs lol
and that the pokedex uses the 3D models instead of say, this style
which, considering we’re going out and researching these critters, would have been REALLY cool to have hand drawn art on the pages for each of them.
but I mean, the fact that my complains are wholly aesthetic and very minor says a lot.

The latest news for Pokémon Legends: Arceus has been released during the Pokémon Presents. We’re currently compiling all details so keep checking back:
- New forms of Growlith & Braviary have been shown for Pokémon Legends Arceus
- The team is the Galaxy Team with a variety of members and divisions, led by Professor Laventon, with help from Cyllene and others
- You have to go out on Survey Missions to hunt for various Pokémon. You can craft items when you leave. The player character receives damage from Pokémon attacks and can cause them to black out while on a survey mission
- The Pokémon battles are changing with different styles and an Action Order: Strong Style and Agile Style
- The Pokémon akin to Stantler is called Wyrdeer and the fish is Basculegion. There are also Hisuian Form Pokémon such as Growlithe and Braviary
- Ranked Battles will not appear in Brilliant Diamond, Shining Pearl or Legends Arceus
- Wydeer is a Normal/Psychic-type Pokémon
- Basculegion is a Water/Ghost Pokémon
- Hisuian Braviary si a Psychic/Flying Pokémon
- Hisuian Growlithe is a Fire/Rock Pokémon
