loving women is good and right. being attracted to women is good and right.

aroallo sapphics β€” you are not predatory. there is nothing wrong with being sexually attracted to women.

alloace sapphics β€” you are not a tease. there is nothing wrong with being romantically attracted to women without the sexual attraction.

allo sapphics β€” you are perfect just the way you are. your love for women is not wrong or bad.

loving women is not morally wrong. whatever way you love women is good. whatever way you love women is perfect.

How is it Hope did one thing that was risky in order to save Landon and they don’t trust her yet they’ll completely trust MG and Cleo? MG lied and kept the ascendant a secret for how many weeks? And the whole situation they’re in right now might have been avoided if he hadn’t done that. Cleo created an elaborate plan in order to deceive and manipulate Hope, lied to everyone for weeks, and was so determined to kill Hope, she tried to murder her, nearly burned her alive. Which wasn’t even that long ago, and they still haven’t even known her for very long and don’t know everything about her. Yet no one questions either of them, all is forgiven and forgotten. Even Hope seems to have moved on from what both of them did to her. She doesn’t even bring up what MG did with the ascendant. And despite her clearly being uncomfortable with Cleo in 3x16 and not ready to be friends, in just one episode, the writers forced Hope to get past the trauma Cleo put her through in order to be her friend and save her. Despite everything Cleo and MG did, everyone trusts them and thinks they’re more reliable than Hope? Hope who has been there for them and has been saving them all since day one? Just because she was trying to save someone she loves who was in danger, who was a friend to all of them, when she wasn’t even aware of the risk with the dark magic? Yet she has to keep apologizing while the others don’t? It’s also interesting how Hope put the twins at risk (unintentionally), she never hears the end of it. MG and Cleo put both Landon and Hope at risk (on purpose), no one cares. That really says it all.

I find it really amusing how the squad is trying to go after Hope because she turned her humanity off and I’ll tell you why.

The only indication to them that Hope has β€œbroken bad” is that she attacked Alaric, but she did tell Alaric why. Because she wanted to be left alone and she needed to send a message to them to stay away. Also, they found out that Alaric was basically using her all these years for protection (anyone with eyes would have known it all along though). Additionally, they had to know how Alaric used to get about Klaus. They even heard him the last time he tried to hurt her by bringing up Klaus. So how is it that they think a humanity-less Hope WOULDN’T go after the man who kept twisting the knife into her wound for all these years? And if she were that out of control she would have eaten him. She didn’t. I’m not saying she should necessarily have hurt him but I can’t say it was uncalled for and can’t say she meant to straight up kill him either. So these people really have no reason to believe she is going to go on a murder rampage all over the world. It was totally clear that turning off her humanity was her mind’s way of protecting herself from grief and that she felt like Alaric was holding her back because he would keep trying to control her. Of course she was gonna tell him she was her father’s daughter, because Alaric was all about implying to Hope that she should be ashamed of being the daughter of Klaus, the father who she loved more than anything (who died for her, by the way).

And speaking of Hope’s grief, these people always dismiss her pain even though they claim to love her. Josie and Lizzie bullied her even when she was grieving her parents between TO and Legacies. And throughout this show, even after becoming friends with her the squad has always undermined her feelings for Landon. They wouldn’t allow her to grieve him properly, in spite of knowing how much trauma she has already suffered. They would treat it as an inconvenience simply because they couldn’t care less about Landon and they needed Hope to do stuff. So now that Hope has killed her boyfriend with her own hands, how do they plan on treating her after her humanity is turned back on? I sure as hell don’t see them helping her with her grief. They’re just gonna leave her with a bleeding heart and yell at her to get it together so that she can fix whatever problem that crops up in front of them next. Like they always do.

The way everyone acts like Hope is going around senselessly murdering everyone she comes across, but the… only person she has killed was Alaric and people that attacked her first? The wholeΒ β€œsquad” so quickly decided that she has to be stopped, but she really has not done much. She is hunting down Triad, and she likely realizes she needs her humanity off so she doesn’t devolve into grief before she is safe again. But Triad started this battle, they tried to abduct her. And we know Hope could easily do so much worse if she wanted, so why is the whole Super Squad acting like she is some awful monster who is going on murderous rampages?

Obviously someoneΒ needed to call Hope out on treating everyone like canon fodder, but it should have been someone like Wade, who’s probably the least selfish in the Squad; or Cleo, because she’s kind of the best; or Jed, because he understands leadership since he’s the pack alpha.

But the guy who traded his friend to the enemy and put the whole world in danger to save the girl he loves but hasn’t made any real amends has no ground to stand on whatsoever telling the girl who went through her worst nightmare and killed her boyfriend to save the world that she only cares about herself

having to explain and defend belly and her actions to friends who have always been asked out and liked by boys their whole lives is fucking exhausting, bro. like yes, a girl’s life isn’t all about boys and her self worth doesn’t come from how many guys like her but it’s a huge part of being a girl and a woman and to invalidate that struggle just because you’ve never had trouble being pursued by men is unfair.
