july 23, 2020 - three years ago, in a little backyard in california, Grace and I had a small little vow ceremony with my mother present and Grace's family watching via zoom. my mothers health was failing and she would pass away nine days later. we decided then to have a big ceremony, one where we signed actual marriage documents and had as many loved ones around us as possible, on the same day sometime in the future.

july 23, 2023 - we had our dream wedding, filled with laughter and love and smiles and a few happy tears in front of all of our loved ones and friends, surrounded by the beautiful greenery of the milwaukee horticulture domes. it was perfect. a dream come true. the perfect way to celebrate such a special day and finally tie the knot legally 💍🩷🧡🤍❤️💜🩵
