This Mirror Universe that the previous anon spoke of is, well, an alternate universe whose history has played out a little differently than our universe. There are alternate versions of all of us in this universe (alternate Sisko, alternate Garak, etc.) Anyways, the Bajoran woman mentioned may be the alternate version of Nerys, known as the Intendant. She looks exactly like our Nerys, and is attracted to any humanoid that has a pulse. (Mainly herself)
