As avid plushie lovers, it's hard to explain how much having the opportunity to turn Squirrely Roo into a plushie meant to us. Just this idea that someone loves our main gal enough to take a mini of her home fills our hearts beyond expression! 💗 And yet, even when covid stopped us from sharing them for 2 years after they arrived, you all gave them so much love. They even became the #2 item in our shop! We're beyond touched and so, so grateful 🥹
In our low-stock post, we hinted that we might not be able to remake them. They were purchased using a grant and even though we priced them so we could restock after selling out, the way manufacturing and shipping costs have spiked meant that the price we set them for initially won't be enough now. When we discovered how much restocking will cost, we raised our prices but that only covered the last 1/3 of our sales.
But we aren't giving up! We have a plan to bring them back! And, believe us, we're trying our best! 💪But more on that later. For now, we just wanted to say...
