He was the bass to your song, But music can sound just as beautiful with a guitar. He was the vision to your eyes, But you can see just as good with hands and ears. He was the sticks to your drums, But you can drum just as awesome with your hands. He was the filling to your donuts, But they taste just as great without it. What I’m saying is, yes, life was easier with him in it. But now, even though he’s not here, you can still manage. You can manage without him. Life may be harder, but you can get through it. I fucking know you can.
