one thing that fucks me up about getting older is that I can’t freaking fall asleep if I’m hungry. I used to be able to no problem, and now l legitimately can’t, idk if the anxiety over it also plays a role but it sucks

also i know ppl are like 'find healthier ways to cope than social media/the internet' but if they exist i don't fucking know them. the gym and reading books might help but aren't enough to fill a gaping hole of lonely. the only thing i think that can is being with people irl who you feel connected to, and that is not easy to come by
