Anonymous asked:

Do you think Canon!Felix is better for Marinette than Adrien?

I don't know how many times I've answered asks like this, but by God, this will be the last one!

I don't keep up with ML anymore. So, I don't know how Felix's character has grown or descended, but from slight spoilers I've seen, it's been a steep descent.

I like fanon Felix. I like the Fanon version of PV Felix. I like the idea of the first episode of Felix redemption.

But overall? I like a lot of others in a relationship with Marinette over Adrien. From the seasons I watched and spoilers I've seen, they just don't feel like a good, healthy couple nor a believable couple. Their love story never felt natural. It felt pushed by the narrative, which is the worst kind of romance, in my opinion.

Anonymous asked:

What are the Many-nettes opinions on Adrien/Chat Noir? Do they hate him? Still consider him a friend?

Most of the Many-nettes don't hate him, like they may be angry with him but they don't hate him. At most they just consider him an ex-friend. Though some argue maybe an ex-acquaintance.

Negative-nette is the one who holds a lot of resentment towards him. The others try to point out how "jumped-up" the slights he made were in Negative-nette's eyes, but of course, she doesn't listen. She loathes him.

The others just kind of shake their heads at Negative-nette because they are each other and understand her anger, but they also acknowledge that her anger and bitterness and sadness have reached unreasonable levels.

So like the many-nettes can communicate telepathically? If so, then Mouse-keteer Multitude Spying is much more effective, as they don't need to have a copy with a manynette to relay info.

Avatar

Yes! Multitude is indeed going to help out, but more so because of the hive-mind. Of course, nobody knows about the hive mind, but many speculate about how they seem to know things other Nettes should only know. I will say, though, that it is eventually found out!

Ashes of Rage: Act 1 - Prologue

New story for @miner249er

Summary: [Inspired by Wish Me Away] Chat Noir betrayed her. It wasn’t something Marinette ever expected, they were partners, friends, so this betrayal hurt more than she could have ever put in words. Finding out he was Adrien only added to that pain, to that betrayal. Watching him give Hawkmoth, his father, her earrings was like something out of a nightmare. Gabriel now had the power to make The Wish and Marinette wanted to hold out hope he could be reasoned with or that her team would realize something was wrong but there was no hope in her heart. Not anymore. All there was, was rage.

Notes: I hope you all enjoy this story! This chapter itself does contain graphic description of the transformation into a Red Lantern. If you would rather skip that stop reading at the line "The ring slid on her finger perfectly.." and resume reading at "The pain was gone and in it's place..." Besides that description there are minor acts of violence in this chapter.

Prologue:

They say that in times of near death experiences or even death itself, a person’s life flashes before their eyes. Marinette had never dwelled on that before, she didn’t like to think about it, that your life could truly play out in front of you in a flash and then boom...you were gone. Yet here she was, her life playing out like some sad teen movie as the light engulfed her. Why? Why did this happen? She knew how it happened, but she still couldn’t wrap her head around the why? Why did Chat betray her like this? They had a plan, they knew Hawkmoth was Gabriel Agreste and that his assistant Nathalie was Mayura. It was going to be an ambush. Chat’s kwami Plagg had found his lair and had told them how to get there. It was perfect. Next akuma they would have Viperion (Luka), Donryu (Kagami), Fox-Tail (Nathaniel), Noc-Turtle (Marc)  and Bee-Witch (Chloe) distract the akuma while Chat and her went to the Agreste Mansion to break into the lair then ambush Hawkmoth aka Gabriel. Ideally they were hoping to catch Nathalie off guard and deal with her before they entered the lair but when they had arrived she wasn’t at her desk in front of Gabriel’s office which meant she was most likely in the lair with him, but they knew it was a possibility so they proceeded down as planned. Then...then her own hell manifested. She hadn’t realized it, not at first, she had been battling Mayura, she had managed to pin her and had turned to see how Chat was faring against Hawkmoth and was shocked to see they weren’t even fighting, they were staring at her.

Anonymous asked:

Uh... hello there Goggles Mcgee, I'm a fan of dark parables, And I adore your rewrite of the plot for Dark Parables 8. I was wondering if your up for reworking the plot of game 13? Requiem for a forgotten shadow. as I tested the game with the Beta and was really interested with it,after both hearing it's one of the worse, and seeing what when wrong, I'm interested in how you would end things for that game. (Thank you for reading and have a nice night!)

ANOTHER GAME THAT IS ON MY NOT FAV LIST

It's not bad, but honey, it ain't great.

I will admit I was severely disappointed with this game, and it's purely because of the plot. Mainly because I was expecting a very different tale to be the inspiration behind the case. Like I know, it was taking inspiration from The Shadow by Hans Christian Anderson and I'm all for less known tales being given the spot light but at the same time, the games themselves are based off of very popular tales so it was a weird pattern change. What is a famous story about a lost shadow? One that many people know?

For me, I immediately think of Peter Pan.

I would have done a mix of the two considering just how loosely based the game was on The Shadow, I would have ditched the whole Brotherhood and Shadow God plot because honestly it wasn't very engaging and didn't feel like the past games. I can't quite explain it, but it didn't feel like a Dark Parables game. It was a cool game, but yeah...

Anyway on to the new plot!

People's shadows are still being stolen, and they are left as basically husks of their old selves, but it seems to be only adults who are affected by this strange illness. But that's not the only tragedy that has hit the town. Multiple young boys have gone missing and even a couple of young girls. No one thinks the things are connected, but the Detective does.

While investigating, she runs into a man named Petrus, who runs an orphange. He's very worried over the missing children, especially those who disappeared from his orphange and begs the Detective to help find them. He says he doesn't have many leads, but he noticed the children spent a lot of time near the port. Of course, the Detective goes to investigate and ends up witnessing some children board a ship. She runs to stop them but she gets knocked out by a man.

On board the ship she has been taken prisoner on, the Detective meets Hadwin Othmar Oberon Koehl, captain of the Shooting Star. He accuses her of being a spy and basically says he won't be letting her out until he makes sure the cargo is safe and sound. The Detective escapes the island they stop on and makes it back to the village in order to inform Petrus of the children she saw.

They both make their way to the island, and Hadwin is pissed. He and Petrus battle and Hadwin's crew come to his rescue but here's Dark Parables favorite thing, the twist villain! Petrus pulls out a ring and steals the shadows of some of the crew. Then he opens a star shaped portal where kids dresses like warriors come out and steal the other children before going back into the portal. Petrus laughs and the portal closes with a bang and The Detective and Hadwin pass out.

They awaken, and Hadwin explains he was trying to help the kids who were scared of Petrus escape him before he tried to get evidence of him being the Shadow Thief. The Maiden Goddess appears before them and tells them of the ritual Petrus is attempting to perform that needs shadows and the souls of innocents in order to regain his youth. The Goddess begs the Detective to put a stop to him and opens a portal for her and Hadwin.

The two are now in Neverland (or in case of copyright, some Shadow Realm equivalent) they embark on their plan to rescue the kids and put a stop to Petrus. The Lost Warriors try to stop them all the time so the two now must sneak around. Hadwin goes to rescue the kids while the Detective goes to stop Petrus with the bits of the Glass Wand the Maiden Goddess gifted her but it turns out that was the final part of the ritual that Petrus needed to finally start.

The Detective is blasted into a lagoon (used to be mermaid lagoon where we see Easter eggs of the little mermaid), she escapes and thankfully Hadwin was able to get some of the children away but not all. They go to hide and stumble upon the Fairy Kingdom. The Fairy Queen senses the Detective is a friend of the Maiden Goddess and tells her her own past with Petrus when he was just a boy.

He was a descendant of the Shadow (the one from The Shadow). Descendants of the Shadow have shown to age slower than most humans and thus grew an obsession with youth. Petrus was no exception to this. He was popular when he was young. People were kind and never caught on to his manipulations, but once he started aging, he grew angrier, bitter. So he sought a way to return his youth and found a ritual in one of his ancestors' old journals.

The Fairy Queen spoke of how she was fond of Petrus until she found out his true nature. She looked through the journals too and knew how to stop him, but they needed to trap his own shadow within a lantern made from the Bolide Shard.

The Detective and Hadwin do this, and it's a battle to stop Petrus, who keeps trying to convince the Detective to join him. Doesn't she want her youth back? Think of all the good she could do if only she reversed the clock!

It's all futile and the Detective and Hadwin save the day!

Of course throughout the game there are nods to the next!!

Literally I would change everything. XD

Potter Family Opera Headcanons

None of these have any titles
Snape next time in Potions, of course, makes a comment about James to Harry when walking by.
Harry who gasps as he thinks he has figured it all out: "Oh my goodness! Why didn't you tell me you and my dad dated? I mean if you told me you were exes I never would have pushed for you to tell me about him!"
Remember some chapters are longer than others (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*.✧

Thanks for making a list!!

Any thoughts on ML's Season 5 finale?

I've said this a lot, but I don't keep up with the show anymore lol

Like I stopped watching, I think either mid season 3 or legit end of season 3

But I mean, I imagine it was something not satisfying and shocking for the sake of being shocking as the show tends to do. And somehow the fans called it but in ways they never wanted to

A few more questions about PFO:

1.Just how many suitors has Harry gained because of all this?

2. Who ARE all of his suitors?

3. Which suitor has the most support from all of Harry friends and family and why?

4. What do James and Lily think of their sons popularity?

I, personally, think at least one of them would be on the protective side but can't really do anything about it...unless they found a way to return as ghosts.

Avatar

Oooooo love PFO questions!

Since this seems to be an issue [not with you dear, in general] let it be known: I do not support J.K. Rowling in anyway. This au, this idea is for the fans by a fan who knows that HP is incredibly flawed and written by an awful person but someone who also is attached to the idea and what it could have been.

_________

1. Oh my god, so many! I haven't even decided how many!

2. Cedric Diggory, of course.

Ginny Weasley, for a while.

Theo Nott, whom Hermoine is rooting for.

Fred Weasley, whom Ron is rooting for.

Fay Dunbar who admires his drive.

Blaise Zabini, thinks he's interesting.

Cho Chang because she was an original love interest.

Daphne Greengrass, because she also thinks he's interesting.

Michael Corner, but it's more so a little crush than anything.

Megan Jones, thinks he's cute.

Li Sue (Sue Li), she admires his creativity.

Padma Patil has a small crush on him, but is rooting for Theo.

OC Durmstrang boys and OC Beauxbaton girls

3. Oh man, I'll tell you now, everyone is divided.

Some are rooting for Cedric because in this crack au he and Harry got to know each other a lot earlier, and many think they are cute. They think Cedric is great because he really helps put Harry at ease and he is always great at bringing Harry's self esteem back up.

Some are rooting for Theo because they feel like Theo and Harry really understand one another and are very patient with one another. Hermoine feels like Theo brings out the best in Harry. When Theo's around, Harry tends to think things through more and Hermoine feels like he smiles more easily and is more open.

Some of course are rooting for Fred, especially Ron and George, because Ron thinks it's a brilliant way to have Harry as a brother and George because Harry and Fred make each other laugh. Plus, Harry has never struggled to tell the twins apart, and that is something so important to them.

Smaller groups are rooting for Daphne and Fay. Daphne because Astoria has never seen her sister so interested in someone like this before, nor has she seen someone actually listen to her sister as attentively as Harry has done when her sister spoke about her struggles. Fay because her friends are honestly so surprised something other than her projects and school caught her attention and they think they'd be cute.

Then there are the OCs who have the supports of their respective schoolmates, purely because friendship but like also...solidarity mf. They are in uncharted territory. They gotta stick together.

4. James finds it absolutely hilarious but is also a little put out that he was never this popular.

Lily is the worried one because, look, James may not have been as popular as their son but he was pretty popular, as was Sirius and Remus and the AMOUNT of schemes she overheard to win their affections was worrisome and concerning. The amount of love potion doused things she threw out without their knowledge was also something that lingered in her mind whenever they were able to peak into the living world and watch over their little boy.

They never thought about returning as ghosts. Therefore, never registered with the ministry, but they are spirits with unfinished business and can't cross fully until they know Harry is safe and sound. They go in-between passing on and limbo a lot. But since the Potters are descendants of the Peveralls and the whole connection to Death, James and Lily get a special privilege of being able to see into the living world and watching over Harry.

It takes a lot of energy, though, so usually they do this one at a time and catch each other up on what the other observed.

But yeah! I love Potter Family Opera asks! But I definitely will be sharing my other HP fic idea because man are some angsty. I'm a sucker for Harry dies and wakes up in the past and gets to things over and I want to try my hand on that. I also want to try my hand at Harry leaving the British Wizarding World because he's just done.

Anonymous asked:

If you could go back in time and restart any of your fics, which one would you choose? And what would you do differently?

Oh man, so many, actually.

And it's fully because I know I can do better and that's actually why I haven't finished some of my older works. I really don't like the writing and trying to add on, to finish just feels weird.

I have been trying to write the endings to Once U-PAW-n a Feline, It's a Musical!, Too Damn Bright and YAW: Ghost King for a good couple years now, and I just can't. And I feel awful because I know people want to see their continuation/ending. My writing grew and going back to the old works kinda feels backwards in a way, I don't know if that makes sense but the thing is, I do still want to write them! There's just this block of lack of motivation, fear of it not being good enough and to be honest, a lack of interest.

I still love the fandoms the works are about but not in the same way I did when I was writing. Most of the stories I began in high school and they very much feel like high school work/high school me writing. And nothing against that, we all start somewhere, but again, my skill has grown.

If I were to restart the stories I think that could be a big help, but I genuinely think a lot about them would change and that's where I'd lose the fans of those works and I really don't want to disappoint them.

Anonymous asked:

Just wondering, what’s Time Princess?

Time Princess is a mobile dress up game! It's 3D with 2D art for endings you get.

Basically, the plot is: Have you ever thought of jumping into a book and being the main character so you can do things your way or just differently?

That's the whole point of the game. You take on the role of fictional characters, some historical and have to complete their story book all the while making choices that effect the plot and dressing up according to themes or restrictions!

You start off with the story of Queen Marie (Marie Antoinette) but after you get to a certain point in the story you can use story tickets to buy other story books!

The genres are varied which means the fashion is varied! There are always events going on which are fun, and mini games!

The game is not for everyone but I have a lot of fun with it!

If any of y'all end up playing it here's my invitation code! : n4rkc8c7w

I keep imagining Negative-Nette singing a bunch of musical songs like Other Friends or Beautiful (Heathers) in ATWAS

If she was in a musical mood I could see it, but if she was a Heather's song, reminder, she is angry, she is hurt, she is SALTY.

She'd probably be singing Shine a Light (reprise) - definitely not as harsh lyrics but that would be the overall kind of tone. Idk if I'm explaining that right XD

Or Yo Girl - again more so for the tone of it all.

But definitely Other Friends yeah

Hi! Can I please ask about your Phantom Thief Coraline theory? What would the three ghost children represent?

Avatar

Lol that idea was just a silly funny thing but I will gladly expand on it.

Okay, so, the Pink Palace is Mel Jones Palace. You could argue how could it possibly be? They haven't been there for long, but let's ignore that in favor of this idea. Mel is referred to as the Other Mother in her palace because it's the person she wants to be. She wants to be this charismatic, loving person that is looked at and praised. She wants to be able to do all these wonderful things. I mean the Other Mother is basically seen and feared as a God by the things she creates. She wants control and in many ways, so does Mel.

So Mel's metaverse self is the Other Mother.

The neighbors are minibosses for Coraline to defeat as her Phantom Thief self but before that they were made for Mel's version of Coraline that loved her and obeyed her and was distracted and awed by things at the home. No need to go outside and get dirty. No need to go look for trouble.

The cat is Coraline's guide to the Metaverse and overall Pink Palace, but he has no memory of why he has this knowledge. All he knows is he has snuck into the mother's palace and the two are enemies.

The ghost children represent characteristics of Coraline that Mel as the Other Mother is annoyed by. Or they are children she used to play with when she was younger, children who met tragedy at a young age, children she sees in her daughter.

As for Coraline's persona Idk, I'm thinking Esther [ Hebrew queen who prevented a genocide then turned around and slaughtered the would-be killers of the genocide.] Earheart [For Amelia Earheart, a woman who refused to follow the rules if the rules limited her in anyway.] Gaia [Titan Goddess of Earth often referred to as Mother Earth.] Hecate [Goddess of Magic to be simple.] Draupadi [ princess from the heroic epic Mahabharata. She was born from fire and was known for her fiery personality, her strong-will, free-spirit and passion.]

So many options, so many more but there are some I had thought up since Personas for main characters seem based of historical figures or people in stories/myths/fairy tales.

Anonymous asked:

Hi Goggles! Uh I was wondering if you could/how would you re-rwrite dark parables 8: the little mermaid and the purple tide? As someone who played the Beta and the game... the plot just seemed off to me for some reason. I would love to see how you would write it.

Owe the game I dislike the most???? Hoooooooooooo boy. Okay.

First I recommend reading my rant about it because I don't really want to make a post about it again: -> UwU Rant

I'm glad others agree with me that the game felt off!!! Especially someone who beta tested!

It just never felt like it tied in with the other games despite Pinocchio making a guest appearance 👀😭

I don't mind Pinocchio there but the fact they made him revert to wooden puppet after the fact it wasn't due to the stupid orb it was because both his parents sacrificed their souls to give Pinocchio his own and turn him into a real boy. I will not question that magic. So instead of the stupid orb, the reason why Pinocchio is there when the temple appeared and everything is because he is also tracking down that last Elemental Orb and he had heard about it in some of his father's old journals.

He's searching for it in hopes it will bring back his parents or Katherine is in trouble and Pinocchio thinks the only way to help her is to track down this Elemental Orb.

Anyways, that's why he's there, because his father's journals spoke of this Wood Orb from before he became corrupted by the Forbbiden Grove. He had originally thought to find this Wood Orb and use it in Pinocchio, and after Pinocchio was successful, he tried to track it down once more to use it in the Beast he made to protect his son. He failed each time, but came so so close.

Princess Althea and her father had no idea the Orb was hidden in the temple and could only be retrieved by a being who has overcome many obstacles and grown from them. (i.e Pinocchio) It was a failsafe the Goddess put in in case she was ever in danger or man became to greedy.

Pinocchio is still swallowed by the eel but the Princess is tasked with getting him out because she overheard he and the Detective talking about the Orb that he believes is close by them. Thus he would be kept prisoner unless he showed the princess and king where the Orb was and how to get it. The Detective secretly saves him and they both go to find the Orb. Pinocchio is able to retrieve it but is once more grabbed by the eel who was following the two on the orders of the princess and king. Though he is not swallowed just trapped in the mouth maybe even trapped literally between a couple of teeth that are threatening to stab him.

The Detective is unable to get to him and the Orb is given to Althea by a desperate Pinocchio. She runs again to give her father the Orb but alas, when the eel drops Pinocchio, it's teeth do scrape him and surprise surprise, the bite (or scrape) from this monster is poisonous. Pinocchio is wounded and the Detective is on a time crunch.

Final battle can go about the same. Sea goddess free, she mad, she tries to flood the basically empty palace anyway. Detective frees her.

Now, the goddess could heal Pinocchio or this can go with Althea and the King vowing to heal him as it was their pet that caused this.

I want a happy ending and I don't want Pinocchio hurt, nor do I trust this shady ass people with his health so I vote Sea Goddess heals him as payment to the Detective for freeing her and boom! End story.

Cute scene to temple where yes, you had explored with Pinocchio but while exploring you saw many connections to past games but also something unfamiliar a dusty hourglass, the cut scene cuts back to this hourglass after all the destruction the eel and the goddess brought to the temple and it is now broken and leaking purple sand. Maybe even onto a parchment with a map Montafleur on it catching the sand or a smudged picture of sandman catching the sand. Idk something please!

Or maybe the cutscene can even be Pinocchio talking another Montafleur being mentioned in his mother's journal. Something about a cursed prince after they see the hourglass, maybe they go into the temple to see of anything is salvageable. Idk.

But yeah! That's how I would have played it!

Anonymous asked:

Hello there Goggles! I was wondering do you still write for Dark Parables and Cursery?

Yes I do! I just get more asks about what I don't like about the games and such but I do still write for them and would like to actually flesh out a whole story for the Fairytale Detective and whatnot!

Like I def (because me as a player) have the Detective having a crush on Jack but knows it won't ever happen which is such fun angst. Because from like their small interactions you can take some of Jack's lines as wee bit flirtatious and I would heavily lean into that like both have feelings for one another but like Jack is still in love with Emma and the Detective knows that. So much fun angst to play around with! Especially when they reunite in Goldilocks and the flirtatious just come so easily but like again, Jack is on a mission for Emma so the Detective knows it'll never go anywhere and is always ready to help no matter how they feel.

I like thinking of happy endings for some games, even cases we never see in the games! I have a lot of ideas for Dark Parables/Cursory XD

Anonymous asked:

Are you gonna watch the Miraculous Ladybug movie?

Idk I might! The animation looks pretty cool, not gonna lie, and I'm a sucker for good animation, but I am apprehensive overall.

Ive reread you poison apple au and im in love i just can help but imagine the fun raven and dex have with their kids

And apple who marrys her to continue the story i feel like shes stubborn enough to raise a child on lies of stolen happily ever afters

Avatar

I cry this got buried in the asks ( I have over 140 TTuTT I'm trying to get through them)

Raven and Dex have so much fun with their kiddos! They love them so much and the family is almost always on Fairytales Scrollazine (Peoples Magazine XD) as they became somewhat local Spellebrities after everything that happened.

They have so many aunts and uncles who adore them and Raven's parents are a constant when the kids are young. Diana tried to play the step-sister card once to visit but that was shut down so fast.

With Apple, yeah, she did find someone who would marry her, but it was purely for her looks, and for her, it was purely to try and continue the storyline. There was no love lost between the two, and it's a known secret that the two have lovers here and there. But both do love their children. A boy and a girl. Darius Charmont Knight (yes, Apple named her son after Daring. She lost him once. Not again.) and Winter White Knight (after her lost birthright. Her husband argued their daughter would be made fun of but Apple insisted and overall went behind his back to name the children.) She tries to raise them to believe in their birthrights as a Prince Charming and Snow White but her husband does all he can to make sure it doesn't stick.

Divorce is not a thing really in Ever After. It's been done, but to do so, it's basically like putting a mark on you and your family. It's seen as shameful. But Apple's husband it basically at the end of his rope when he kids turn 6 and 5, respectively and all but demands a divorce from the Supreme Classic Council who grant it prettily easily once the evidence is presented and once they find out who his wife is.

Apple somehow got supervised visits.

in the months leading up to the starcourt mall fiasco, steve had worried about el.

well not always, he was mostly worried about scraping by his classes enough to graduate out of that hellhole and trying not to disappoint his parents when all his college applications got rejected.

but in-between all that, when the kids came around asking for rides or use of his house for movie nights, he would hear about the things they would do with el who was living out in the cabin with hopper.

dustin and lucas bragged about tutoring el in math and science, getting her up to speed in the world of technology and scientific advancements, whatever those were.

mike and will said they were assisting her with english, got her some comic books she might like or just historical novels that might interest her. will even admitted quietly he was teaching her about art and how she really liked making things out of clay.

max didn't really say anything, she only goes to visit when lucas and dustin go and even then she mostly just watches tv. steve didn't really know her that well but sometimes he catches her looking forlorn when the boys happily talk about how el was learning from them.

those two probably haven't become friends yet. steve wasn't concerned about it, he was sure it would was only a matter of time. it didn't help that the rest of el's free time was taken up by mike and their disgusting lovey dovey goo goo eyes, as mentioned by dustin.
