a long time ago i learned that a big part of your life needs to be undocumented and just simply enjoyed in the present. you don’t need to post a picture of the book your reading for it to be good. you don’t need to have a pic of you posing before the sea as proof that u had a good trip. there’s a very fine line between manufacturing moments for future nostalgia and honoring happy experiences by commemorating them into art. and it’s all about intention: do i want to take a picture because it would look good on ig or do i want to take a picture because i do not want to forget how insanely happy i am right now? or, preferably, do i even need to take a picture at all?

hmm this is important

You cannot live alone on the fantasies you feed to your mind, eventually you have to touch your life for real, assess and analyze your habits, understand your character, try not to hate yourself for your character as it was shaped when you were very young by circumstances outside of you, and begin learning how to cope with your character, how to build habits that work for you, finish small projects, finish big projects, expose yourself to more uncomfortable situations, assess why you want to leave that friendship before you leave it, raise your anxiety levels on purpose, so that you can grow, raise your work load on purpose, so that you can grow, so that you can build resilience, so that your life expands, and can be experienced by you in full and in reality

i will try

nvm. no.

If you’re one of those people that is naturally skinny because you have a fast metabolism, how does it feel to be God’s favorite?

Things i learned so far that can help others with weight loss:

Drinking two/ three glasses of water before eating anything: you will eat less. Don't drink while you are eating because your stomach will expand

Exercise when you feel like binging or eating something you should't eat: you will stop to think about food, your body will release endorphins and you will not regret anything

Eat vegetables with every meal: they will make feel fuller

Eat every 3/4 hour, even if it is something small, so your metabolism will not slow down and we don't want that because we want to lose fat

Keep in your closet some clothes that you will wear when you become the size you want

Keep your mind busy EVERYTIME: you can talk with someone or do what you like the most

If you are really craving something wait and do something else, if you still crave it allow yourself a little piece. Remeber that a piece is way better than binging on that food !!

Don't tell yourself: i should't eat this. Try to tell: i don't want to eat this/ i will not eat this

Guys, if you want to be a good artist and storyteller you need to absorb other media and influences beyond popular comics and movies and video games. Hell, even beyond visual art. Read novels, science articles, history books. Listen to podcasts, watch documentaries. Dip into different disciplines. Explore stuff outside your everyday. What you create and the pool of ideas you can pull out of is expanded by the knowledge you gain. Don’t do yourself a disservice by limiting your library. You never know when some weird shit you read about mushrooms could end up inspiring you or helping you solve a design/story problem.
