Continue to stay strong and know that you were given this life because you are strong enough to live it and let no one tell you any different

reminder that it is okay to sit there and cry your heart out, that doesn’t make you are weak, it just means you’ve been strong for too long and you need a break and that’s okay, take your time, you’ll get through it. I believe in you.
